		<description>Wow!i just came back from Thailand and ate that in a Chinese style soup that had turnip greens,turnip root,minced bits of pork and the blood tofu,only i didn&#039;t know what it was until much later..it was pretty good,almost like liver tasting but very soft just like tofu..even though i now know what it is i would definitly eat it again!</description>

It was always my understanding that this was conjealed blood. Apologies if I&#039;ve somehow missed some humour or sommit with the tofu reference :)</description>
