Awful subject, lovely photo! The big bucket o’ cow parts I saw at the town fair yesterday wasn’t nearly as visually engaging.

I would not argue that it does not look appetizing, but I have to say that it tastes pretty good. Take that first bite, and you might be surprised that you want to go for seconds.
