As a lazy employee in the PP Centre I have sampled Ohan's quite a few times now, and I have come to the conclusion that it undoubtedly has the highest ratio of staff to customers in the country. I counted 17 employees (including the kitchen staff) in there yesterday who were tending to me - their sole customer. I hope they pay their local staff well...

There's also a newish place on st.294 (Yaki-something Garden) near Talkin' to A Stranger which looks posh. Also, Asia Sushi on st.148 near the corner of Norodom which I'm not sure if it's new or I just haven't been paying enough attention. They do the sushi train/conveyor belt thing, which sounds like a recipe for disaster in Cambodia.
