I counted 17 employees (including the kitchen staff) in there yesterday who were tending to me - their sole customer. I hope they pay their local staff well... Also, Asia Sushi on st.148 near the corner of Norodom which I'm not sure if it's new or I just haven't been paying enough attention. They do the sushi train/conveyor belt thing, which sounds like a recipe for disaster in Cambodia.
