Maybe I should interview Phy for the lowdown on Khmer food in Nagoya, and do a followup article on Nagoya-jin in Cambodia. As a small aside, the new Japanese place (Ohan?) near Phnom Penh Centre is excellent - it'll give Yuki at Kokoro a run for his money.
